Thomas Andrew Felton^[1] (lahir di London, Inggris, 22 September 1987; umur 27 tahun)^[2] merupakan seorang aktor berkebangsaan Inggris. Dia dilahirkan di Kensington, Inggris, dia dibesarkan di Surrey bersama ibunya, Sharon, ayahnya, Peter, dan tiga abangnya, Jonathan, Chris, dan Ashley. Pada usianya yang ke-11 tahun dia pertama kali bekerja di bidang perikanan di Dorking. Felton disekolahkan di Sekolah West Horsley's Cranmore (sekolah lelaki) sampai berusia 13 tahun.
